Warranty

The KEY™ by JOPEN warranty covers defective product replacement for one year from the date of original purchase. If you discover a defect and notify us during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace the product free of charge.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear during regular use. It also does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Attempting to open or take apart the product will void the warranty.

Claims must also be supported by reasonable evidence. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt.
